"During the Thursday morning welcoming ceremony at the Tam Binh Orphanage, Angelina's formal introduction to her new 3 year old son didn't really go as planned. According to the orphanage director, Nguyen Van Trung, the boy started crying when Jolie knelt down to speak to him. People reports:
